So the Christmas season is upon us and it is inevitable that of you have any sort of life you will stray from the path of health and fitness and partake in some nights out, excess alcohol, grazing on chocolate and of course eating that massive dinner on christmas day
The point of this post is not to give you alternatives (you know you shouldn?t be doing it) but to assume that you are going to blow out and how you can ?bulletproof? your body against excess fat gain over the festive season
1. Pre-Blowout workout
Before you eat a massive meal or go on a big night out. ?Do an intense 4 minute workout. ?Something like below is fantastic
?
This ups your metabolic rate for hours after and will prevent your body taking up the heavy food
2. Intermittent fasting
Not as scary as it sound, all it means is that you take in calories for only 8 hours of the day and fast for the other 16 hours, so if you were going out a lot in one week, maybe you?d take onboard calories between 3pm and 11pm and fasr the rest of the time, use carefully. and drink loads of water and green tea, ?Also take a BCAA supplement when fasting to prevent muscle breakdown, you can get a good one from here USN BCAA Syntho Stack Muscle Support and Recovery Capsules ? Tub of 240
3. Fat Burning Drinks
Easy one this, when you wake up in the morning, drink a glass 24 ounces of ice cold water, then repeat between lunch and dinner. ?Water has a negative calorie balance and actually creates a slight calorie deficit when the body processes it invoking ?thermo genesis?. ?You know all those studies that said caffiene is good for Fat burning? ?Well they weren?t talking about nescafe! ?they were referring to Green Tea. ?Green Tea has massive benefits for health in general but moreso for fat burning and digestive health, drink 3 cups a day to get massive health benefits. ?Finally a good quality protein based supplement. ?Our one, Fat Loss Renegade Formula, Protein with Acai Berry, Green Tea, L Carnitine and CLA should be ready in a few weeks, you can put your name down here for your pre-launch discount Put your name down for the Fat Loss Renegade Formula
4. Fat Burning Foods
Eating out and Drinking can make your body highly acidic, adding to your toxicity and slowing down metabolism so try and incorporate as many alkaline foods into your diet as possible to counteract the acidity and restore balance, hence speed metabolism back up. ?Here is a huge list of alkaline and acidic foods
5. Calorie Cycling
Similar to carb cycling but not so strict. ?Try to have 2 days of low calorie eating before and after to big day when you are going to binge. ?Leptin Levels will drop in the run up to the binge, Leptin levels will soar when you binge out and so will your calories, then over the 2 days afterwards, your body will still burn a massive amount of calories even though you are eating low calorie, therefore Massive ?Metabolism boast + Not many calories coming in = Calorie Deficit ?= you still look slim and hot for the new year
So there you go, 5 damage limiting pointer to curb the massive gain this christmas.
